Using The Remote Support Tool

The application should then load and look like the screens below. Select 'Show My Pc Now' and ensure the tick box 'Give Full Control To Users' is selected.

Your engineer will then take control of your screen, keyboard and mouse. You can exit at any time, nothing is installed or left on your computer.
